Updating existing website with 3 new features

I have an existing website, with all of the files ona git repository.
The website has the following functionalities:
-Login/Register
-Search bar which allows user to search for existing videos available
-Upload button (which allows the user to upload a video, then insert a title, insert a thumbnail, and then post it on the home page where it can be found or searched up through the search bar), also the user must be logged in to upload a video.
-Opening a video will tranfer the user to a new page where the video is displayed and below the video it contains a comment section where user must be logged in to leave a comment, and below comment section is a like and dislike button allowing logged in user to give the video a rating, simillar scenario to YouTube.
What 3 new functionalities i require:
-When upload button is pressed at section where the user is abled to insert a title and thumbnail, i require a section to be created where the user will be allowed to insert a description which can be displayed under the video or on the right side of the video
-The option to edit an existing video uploaded by the user, allowing to go back to the section where user can edit the existing title, thumbnail and description.
-The final functionalitie i need is the option to be able to delete an existing video.
