Update of already working arduino FW

The project is to make an update on already working peace of arduino software, so that it can do as follows. This is an advanced data logger with some other functions, where everything is controlled from reading a file on an ftp, rather than using AT commands Your task is as follows: 1. The Arduino project is currently using a sim900 gsm shield, without gps, it should be upgraded so that it auto select in code between sim900 or sim808 and run on both. 2. Make Remote FW update. The unit must be able to update itself, every time it goes online it should check a [login to view URL] file on the ftp server, to see if the version has changed, lets say unit is running v. 1.0.0.0.1 but ini states 1.0.0.0.2 is latest it must update from ftp via gsm shield. 3. As it is now the unit logs one set of data and then uploads it straight away, then interval is read from above mentioned ftp in milliseconds, for next time it should log and gsm goes to sleep again, this must change so that. It has 2 intervals 1. Arduino must be able to sent on specific times which is specified in file on ftp, instead of as it is now, a millisecond interval also from same file. B. Lets say the arduino is set to send data at 01.00 am and 01.00 pm, in the file mentioned above, this means one time every 12 hours. In same file on ftp it must read amount of log points within those 12 hours (part of your task will also be to determine how many log points is possible before it must sent), this can be done in MS or whatever is easier. Above is the project, if you dont have any knowledge of arduino etc. then please DONT bid on this task... This should be fairly simple to do for the right guy or girl. Happy bidding
