I installed OS Ticket and made some basic configuration. However there are the following problems:
1. When emails are sent to support emails, tickets are not automatically created
2. If a (new) user creates a ticket on the website no "ticket opening" /"Confirmation" email is sent to them
3. If a user replies to a email (support ticekt) there are no updates visible in the system (not working)
Please help me understand and fix them. I´m aware these are simple and can be fixed in 5-10 min max.
Other optional tasks:
- Add other languages
- delete setup/install directory (../setup/) for security reasons.
