Streaming Video PHP Player Script

We would like to embed videos hosted at Vimeo on our website but would like to use JW Player for this purpose. The videos should be streamed from the player hosted at an independent server. We will then embed this player on our website without revealing vimeo as the host. The embed code , file or stream should not reveal vimeo's name.
