Hi, First you have used very highly volume of images. One image is 300KB also your first page load nearly 1MB... These images have to be edited. Also you didnt use CDN to share images. It would make faster system... You are also using cloudflare, did you enable the caching.... I need to investigate more than share findings. Someof them could solved very quickly but some of them not. You have to decide what to do... Regards Ugur
