3. every add and edit needs the approval from the manager
4. their must be search function
5. their must be online sell function, and the solution should edit the word file and add water mark contains the costmer name.
6. the solution shall be able to view the files based on classifications provided.
7. If possible, the system shall help organize the process of the Standards underdevlopment by having a table that keep tracking of updates
