We use Freshdesk to manually respond to inbound user/customer queries on email. We require automation of email replies sent for the emails received from the website users/customers. These replies should help us with on mail resolution.
Scope of work would involve -
1. Classifying the emails and evaluating the best approach for automation
2. Automating the recurring pattern of emails with suitable replies
3. Enabling integration with Freshdesk
