Need a simple Database application.
The Idea is Different Users has Login Id and Password.
There will be Two Levels of Users.
Once the User Logs In, He has following MENU Options.
1) My Profile - Table that contains his Own Information as per following.
a) Party- ID (autocreated)
b) Username ( usually the email address used during signup )
c) User’s Name (Format First Name, Last Name)
d) Link for Reset Password
e) Company Name
g) Zone (dropdown N,E,S,W, Central India)
h) Region ( WR1, SR2…. List will be provided seperately )
i) Contact Person
j) Contact Person Mobile No.
k) Contact Email id. (default as per user email id, but editable )
2) Manage Item Stock List
a) Create Record .. (structure as per table 1)
b) Display my Stock List .
c) Download my stock list ( csv or excel ) .. (structure as per table 1)
d) Edit My Stock List .. (structure as per table 1)
e) Upload my Stock list using template
3) Block / Unblock User ( only for Admins )
Here if admin blocks a user, his stock item table is not visible.
4) Search (refer table 2)
Here the mix of all the stock list of items from other traders will be displayed in a tabulated format, ( no. of fields which will appear is explained further )
5) My Cart Selection -- Check Out – Information Page and Auto Email of that Information Page
Structure for Item table … (table 1)
a) Party –ID (pull value from user table)
c) Item Category ( Dropdown, values by Admin )
g) List Price
i) Net Rate (auto calculated and also editable)
j) Principal Verified
k) Verified Date
Search – Display of Fields
ALL ABOVE FIELDS EXCEPT FIELD “A” Above, instead it will pull “Zone and Region” From user table.
Also In search, additional hyperlink will be there for each row “Add to Enquiry to Cart”
Once the User Checks out from Cart, there is no transaction, but just a information page
Displaying his Cart Cable with All Fields from table 1 and additionally following (in Vertical Format )
a) User’s Name (Format First Name, Last Name)
b) Company Name
f) Contact Person
g) Contact Person Mobile No.
h) Contact Email id. (default as per user email id, but editable )
j) Item Category ( Dropdown, values by Admin )
n) List Price
p) Net Rate (auto calculated and also editable)
q) Principal Verified
r) Verified Date
And then same for ITEM 2, ITEM 3 and So On until all items of Cart are covered.
The Purpose of this small application is we want our similar friends to liquidate their own non moving stock items/materials to be used by others
This is a simple match making site (demand and supply) , no commercial transactions.
