I need to run a search that will SELECT only rows where device_id is same but the first row has licence type 0 and second row licence type 1 when comparing. This would result in device_id that upgraded from 0 to 1.
Then just alter the code, so I can look for downgrades, meaning where in the first row licence is 1 and then 0.
