I have tried to call my hosting guys, but they have not been able to help yet. My store has been on hold since Saturday, and we are losing business. All I know is that whenever somebody clicks to add a product to the shopping cart, another windows comes up and says that their shopping cart is empty. Our store did work for a few months, so I know it works. This past friday, I created a help ticket with [url removed, login to view] (my host) to help with a backup issue. They responded and said that they edited admin/includes/[url removed, login to view]
and category/includes/[url removed, login to view], but since then, the shopping cart has not worked. Can anybody help with this??
