I am creating a new website and we utilize ISL Light for remote access. I need a page on the wordpress site for remote users to enter their code from a technician in order for a remote connection to be made. We have this working without problem on our HTML Website however integrating into Wordpress is not working. I require a freelancer to integrate the connection to our ISL Light server so that the connection is made, and also to ensure that an incorrect code gives a message. The current Java Script functions are shown below:

The server URL's are removed at the moment.
We need this to be inserted via a plugin rather than editing the theme as the theme could change, we also need documentation as to how the problem was resolved so we have replicate it at a later date.
