I am in need of an expert using the Moodle platform. I need someone to set up the following options, and to document them using printscreens so I can add my future tests to the platform.
To make it short, I am using Moodle as a psychometric platform. Client account (employers) buy a certain amount of tests on my website, which they can distribute to a test taker account (employee). Based on that, I need to set up the following options:
First : Develop a Likert matrix scale allowing the presence of reverse coded items (exactly like attachment #1) in a single question (exactly like attachment #2). Out of the participant answers, it should be very easy to sum various items of the likert question in order to compute subscale scores.
Second: Develop automatic generated PDF reports for each tests giving exactly the same format as the sample report I have added in attachment (exactly the same. I will then customize it to my colors/logo/font when everything works). The report should adjust the subscales description/subscale score and graph depending on the score obtained by the participant. I also need access to the raw data from my administrator account to keep track of statistics and regularly update the mean normative scores of each of my tests.
Third: Cutting down many options in Moodle in order to make these two model account :
1- Client account: Is allocated a quota of each tests from the administrator (based on what the client bought) that he can distribute to his employees. There should be an option to allow or prevent the employee from seeing his own test result upon completion. When the employee complete the test, the quota adjust itself (if 100 test A, 100 test b, 50 test c, and 1 employe starts test a, b, and c but never finishes c, the client maximum quota will lower to 99 test a, 99 test b, 50 test c. The client account can also see the PDF report of his employees by employee name (all the tests done by one employee) or by tests (all the employee who did a specific test). Aside from the usual profile page where you can change your username and password, not any more option should be found in the client account.
2- Test taker account: see tests sent from the client account in his main menu. When click on a test, the test starts. At the end of the test, either see the automatic pdf report (if allowed by client account) or goes back to the main menu with a [this test has been completed] note next to the title of the test where the employee clicked originally
Fourth: revempt the colors and style of the accounts. It should be very minimalistic. The login page should only have a login option, and my logo next to it, with a small title above saying [welcome to our internet testing platform. If you are here to take a test, please enter the user name and password provided by your test administrator. If you are a test administrator, please enter the user name and administrator's password for your account.] Nothing else should be seen aside from what I mentioned previously
Completing these options can be done using open access pluggins available on Moodle or by making something out (however there is already many detailed plugin available, so I am sure that editing one, such as the questionnaire plugin from moodle, should be much easier).
