You will need to use your hosting control panel to add a cron job. This cron job is what will automate your stockmanager to sync products and stock levels.
There are two main hosting environments, Plesk and Cpanel. If you do not have either of these with your hosting package please consult your host who will be able to create the cron jobs from the following instructional information:
New Products CRON Job
Whenever this cron runs new products will be added to your website. We recommend running it once a day preferably in the early hours of the morning to reduce server load.
Stock Levels CRON Job
When this cron runs, your stock levels will be updated. We recommend running it once or twice a day or if you are popular then every 2 hours.
I am unable to get it to work and know if it is actually working by testing it and i am getting no emails through to say it is working!!
are you able to advise or assist is this a job you can sort out for me. and how much will it cost?
the site is a wordpress site that works with opencart.
