We have an existing server, configured by a company called Augutech, that utilizes OSDial (a predictive dialer) and Sugar CE CRM. We are looking for a programming team that can duplicate this on another server. FYI, the new server has much of the configuration already done. There is a current copy of OSDial on the new server as well as a copy of Sugar CE CRM. They just need to be configured and connected to our gateway.
How it works - Lead data passes through our gateway to the OSDial dialer to the CRM via PHP scripts. We have copies of the scripts but we do not have SSH or FTP access to the existing server.
OSDial is open source. You can download a free copy from their website. Sugar CE CRM is open source as well. We need OSDial and Sugar CE connected and updated with all data, settings and configuration (fields, campaigns, lists, appointments, database, etc.). We need the new server to be an identical clone to the server we have now.
Augutech is currently hosting the server but will not give us SSH or FTP access until they return the server to us. They plan to disconnect it, then take 5-6 weeks to ship the server to us. We cannot afford to be down 1 ½ months. We need a duplicate server and need to turn the duplicate live so we have a working system while Augutech sends us the original.
We are looking for programmers experienced in Linux, Asterisk dialer technology, PHP, MySQL and Sugar CE, specifically OSDial installation, management and integration with Sugar and Suite CRMs
Please quote a total cost to complete and estimated range of hours to complete this project along with your qualifications, years of experience and references.
NOTE: We will pay you however you like. Through this website is fine. We will need a better way to communicate and deliver things like scripts, configuration data and details. *Removed by Admin as it encourages offsite communication which breaches our Terms of Service *once we have information regarding your qualifications.
