Finploy not showing for BFSI role searches is usually two separate problems: the listing pages aren't indexable, and the job pages aren't eligible for the Google Jobs box. Different fixes - I'd implement both, not hand you an audit deck. I build the backend side of this: a Node/Express platform with 50+ REST endpoints, and a government board system doing server-side document and schema generation. Structured data is code for me, not a plugin setting. What actually gets you into Google Jobs: - JobPosting JSON-LD server-rendered on every job page: title, description as raw HTML, datePosted, validThrough, hiringOrganization, jobLocation (or applicantLocationRequirements when remote), baseSalary, identifier, directApply. - validThrough is the one everyone gets wrong. When a role closes, the page must 404/410 and leave the sitemap. Stale postings are the fastest way to lose Jobs eligibility for the whole domain. - The Indexing API. JobPosting is one of only two types Google accepts there, so you push URL_UPDATED on publish and URL_DELETED on close and get picked up in hours instead of waiting for a crawl. Most SEO vendors never wire this up. - A jobs sitemap regenerated on the publish hook, not by a nightly cron guess. Then the indexability pass: is the description in the server HTML or injected by JS? Canonicals on filtered listing URLs? Search Console coverage errors triaged.
