I Have a website on which tables show up when I add them from the admin area.
#1. I don't know that matters or not, but the tables that I create have key words in them that I enter and when creating the tables.
The key words are clickable, if clicked on, you would be taken to eBay to be shown results for that key word.

I have what are basically a couple of test tables on the site.
What I need is a way to have a new page created when there are a certain number of tables.
So, if I wanted a new page created once the main page has 10 tables on it, I could do that.
I would also like to be able to change that number, say maybe it seems like five tables per page works better.
I also like to be able to make custom pages, say maybe with only one table on it.
As it is now, all of the tables would be on the main page, regardless of whether there were seven tables, or 700.
#2. If you go to the webpage, you can see that people can sign up to receive notifications when items are listed on eBay that match their searches that they saved.
I would like to be able to limit the number of searches that they can save, and be able to change the number anytime.
If any of this does not make sense, please let me know and I will try to better explain.
If you can understand spoken English, I can make a video to clear any thing up if necessary.
I would also like to have things well explained to me and the code commented where modified.
I'm sure you probably see this often in project listings, but because I am already over budget on this project, I'm hoping to keep the cost down.
