We have a php script which the owner promised can be translated. Unfortunately most of the pages can't be translated and for 6 months he claims that he is fixing this. Of course we have no results.

Can someone help us?(the script is billingual-we want to make pages to be translated)

Note if we are satisfied we are going to have a long time cooperation for the specific script and for other projects .

Necessary knowledge: web designing, RTL, CSS, PHP,web development
