Rewrite existing script

I currently run and operate a website This website is fully written in PHP/MySQL It's very buggy and despite that in the past, we tried to debug it, it has too many problems and errors and since I need some minor modification/features additions, I would like to rewrite the whole software please download the full website form here [login to view URL] (54MB)and dowload the 3 mysql dumps (for the website, the directory, the forum) form here [login to view URL] and install it on your local PC to see what it's all about Please keep in mind that in the new rewritten software I don't want to lose any data as I want the whole content to be added by the project winner The new features I want to be added are the following: 1- Index(main) page interactive 2- On the title and top of each page, page map for each page (title must follow content) 3- 2 kind of ads, either google or normal ads in each ads (one 468x60 and 600x120 in each page) - already existing 4- 2 languages for panoramic view (french & english) - already existing - I prefer to have full multlingual site 5- in Directory have a full name and not like "[login to view URL]; but like "/restaurants" 6- in Directory have a secret number in link submission to avoid spam 7- create sections/pages easily and easily add content to it throught builtin CMS 8- ability to add new modules in the future (such as shopping cart etc...) more features can be added/modified/discussed during our discussions DO not bid if you are not serious and cannot commit and do not have excellent communications.
