A test site, [url removed, login to view], was upgraded to theme version 5.2.2 as a result the customisations, implemented, were broken. These customisations include the sub header of the phone number, parking message and also the footer. The footer was corrected by the theme developer support team. However, they could not see how the footer was added in the first place, as it was not through a widget or custom code that could be identified.
Another test site, [url removed, login to view], is still on version 5.2.1 and still has all of the original customisations. However, if I upgrade this, to 5.2.2, the customisations, listed above, will disappear.
Using both of the test sites, create the customisations again, but test that upgrading the theme will not break the customisation. Also, document where the changes have been made.,
