I have an unfinished Joomla freelancer project from 2 years ago. I have the template. I am looking for a joomla developer to :

- Cleanup all un-usued stuff (modules, templates etc junk)

- Implement J-Business directory with photos, google maps, paypal etc.

- Site already has Kunena + Template

Conditions:

- Regular catch up on a desktop sharing 10 x 1hr sessions during the project to show what's done, how it's done, progress. Sessions will be held during Timezone GMT +7 7pm-11pm or weekends at agreed times.

- Freelancer him/herself to complete the project. No outsourcing to someone else.

- The site should not be messed up after joomla upgrades. All modifications to the code has to be documented properly.

- Payment Milestones:

1) 25% after cleanup

2) 25% after go live

3) 25% after 2 weeks support/bugfix

4) 25% after 2 weeks support/bugfix

I will provide the existing site URL after your proposal.
