I have a website which currently allows us to enter "items" as we receive them with the following information stored:
Date (Autopopulated), First Name, Last Name, Tracking Number, Location (an assigned number 01-99).
Each item is classified as one of the following: package, envelope, freight, tires
The left Sidebar has the following menu:

List Packages -- this screen is used a lot in our office. It is used when a client wants to pickup their packages, we can search by their name. When we click on their name it will refer to the database and tell us how many packages (and what types) they have at our store as well as where these packages are located. On this screen we also have a toggle box where we can enter their phone number and click "Pickup". At this point in time, their phone number is added to the listing.
Shipping Totals - shows us the totals by day, week, month, or input range
Pickup History - shows us the chronological pickup history, most recent first
Pickup (Last 50) - shows last 50 pickups
Print Report (can print the entire list of names and information)
New Features We Need After Recreating In PHP/MYSQL:
- We need the option to add a phone number at the time of item receipt (phone number = account number)
- We need JSON API functionality so that we can have the mobile app "add accounts" to the system and store name, email, phone number.
- We need the system to cross-reference the DB for the phone number when an item is received. If it finds the phone number as someone who has the app installed, it tells the app to send a push notification.
Please Note: We will be taking this system and making duplicates of it, as we expand into multiple locations... so this system will need to be able to scale. Preferably, we would keep everything cloud-based and under one solid hosting framework.
I am looking for a US or Canadian developer who is ready to not only take on this project at a great price ... but interested in working with me for the long haul as we roll this out to numerous locations. There may be customization needed for each location and you'll be my "go-to guy" for everything related to this project.
