- web app property listings, include upload video, photos, property details, schedule viewing, pay booking, generate tenancy agreement, allow digital sign, audit trail on electronic signing (maybe use HelloSign?), integrating to google map for location tagging,

- payment gateway integrations for rental collection and payouts to landlords after receive rental

- payment trackers, reminders, notifications (email, in-app, push notifications)

Platform : mobile friendly web app first then subsequently can be easily migrated for Android and Apple

Requirement for Developer:

- Based in Malaysia, Klang Valley. due to communicate and longer term collaboration purpose

Added advantage :

- you have UX background

- you have UI Designer background or you can also provide UI design works

- willing to embark on this startup journey and subsequently consider being a partner of this startup business - potential for CTO position
