Elastix 2.4/Asterkix [url removed, login to view] -and CRM Vtiger [url removed, login to view] --> INCOMING CALL Pop -up Integration working with Queues

I need a cost effective and quality solution for this functionality and I would like to know your thoughts and proposals.
It needs additional logic and code changes is order to behave correctly.

I am not currently able to have any popup working, as default php script above is not compatible with queues, to_number field it is not known
before hand which extension will pick up the phone. It is also aceptable to pop up after queue when answered from extension, but the best solution would be to add more fields to Table: vtiger_asteriskincomingevents. This way information retrieving from asterisk variables like Queue Name can be Register into the database, maybe at aditional field of existing table and shown at pop up as ell with a popup template modification. Also it has to be multiuser and take into account that a ringall strategy can be in configuration, so it needs to either put multiple asterix events into the database, one for each succesfull ringing extension.
Also, in thois case it needs to update event - with a flag when somebody answer , register the call to vtiger as intented to the appropriate flow and eliminate no answered popup from other extensions.
I will consider simpler solution , like pop up only after answeing the phone , but currentluy I don't know the behaviour and read / update flow of vtiger around the point.
I am waiting your analytical insights and thoughts to make a deal. However you must demonstrate/ proove knowledge/experience of the subject/problem to be solved and not generalisation - template proposals!
