Having problems with four forms that use PHP only. These forms do not require a database. They just send an e-mail with the entered data shown.
The problems are:
Address2 results shows same data as address. It should, of course be different when data is entered.
Address2 field should be configured to be optional. i.e. If user only has one address, when the address2 field is clicked show a modal error dialog, but give the option to skip the field.
If Country is not selected there isn't a modal error dialog as there should be.
If Country is selected the data does not show on the e-mail.
Someone has completed a Form:
First Name: Ann
Last Name: White
Company: AR Widgets, Inc
Office Phone: (897) 654-0987
Cell Phone: (234) 987-4509
Email: aw@[login to view URL]
Address: 400 Main
Address 2: 400 Main
Is not working at all. Get "Parse error: syntax error, unexpected end of file in /usr/home/gandl/htdocs/test2/[login to view URL] on line 178 " in the modal error dialog.
Is not working at all. Get "Parse error: syntax error, unexpected end of file in /usr/home/gandl/htdocs/test2/[login to view URL] on line 189" in the modal error dialog.
Error message is not showing the problem. See the file form-problems.rtfd.
Just add a value field in the form for spam-capture, then it will work. You can do it man. Or can i fix that for you? I can do that with in minutes, downloaded and checked the files.
