Job Description:
Bug fixing on the list shared
1. Some of the Images in breast cancer questionnaires are wrong, will give PDF file to refer : estimate: 30 minutes
Requirement: Please provide correct images and I will replace with the current one.
2. Landing Page for Doctor and Patient to be directed to dedicated listing screens - estimated time: 5 - 7 hours
For Doctor, we need 3 tabs - 1 . Assessment Listing - This is existing screen
2. Patient Listing - List all patient records who has assessment listed within that facility and once select a patient, Dr should be see another screen with all the assessment history for the selected patient. And if Dr select any assessment record, Doctor should see the assessment details.
3. Reports - Blank tab for now with text coming soon.
Requirements: No questionaries for now. But I may have questions when I proceed to this.
3. Please enable Assessment Type "Breast Cancer' only and the rest assessment type dont delete but make it invisible in all related screens.: estimated time: 30 minutes

5. Assessment Listing for Dr need to display only completed Assessment: estimated time: 15 minutes
Requirements: no requirements.
6. When Dr viewing patient's assessment, need to display basic patient's data at the top of the assessment results: estimated time: 1 hour
Requirements: what assessment results data we need please mentioned there.
10. All screens must be mobile responsive: estimated time: 2 - 3 hours
Note: this estimation is for the screens currently developed. But for upcoming screens we need a fresh estimation.
12. All fonts for questionnaires need to be standardize using CSS: estimation time: 30 minutes
Requirements: please mention which fonts needs to be use. If there are multiple fonts so plase mentioned details.
