I saw a project here that I want the same thing basically. a site with phpfox functionality and features plus a feature that users can submit a link to media, file or picture like [url removed, login to view]
I would like to own the script after its done and be able to make any changes that i like in the future, no encrypted, coded files. Its got to be search engin friendly and content can be indexed by search engin and instead of useing ?id=25 or simillar, using the part of content or name of file like id=funnyclip or similar ( thats if can be done)
preffer the script be adjustable to browser size and not fixed size and browser compatibility.
A nice design also would be perfect
Payment would be made through [url removed, login to view] after the script installed, work and function properly on our servers but this can be discoused.
