Dear Interested Bidders ,
I have a site called makeknowledgefree.com. I need to get certain customization done to it , some design in nature and some technical in nature
This project is long term and shall well extend in phases as i request for new new modules
The idea here is to have a team on which i can rely and find new great people to work with
Most phases will have restricted but proper budgets but once the requirement is clear in the chats that we have and i can have quote from several interested bidders , i will then place order on the bidder whom i can develop confidence to work with long time
I will prefer indian developers ( preferably companies who respect clients time ) , and can engage in skype and phone conversations and don't make it hard communicating
The first project will not be a huge work where i will simply test the proficiency of the bidder with a simple module but as i get confidence we can work on more complex modules .
In the meantime i will request that most bidders please surf the site and understand the flow so that i can then discuss the requirements
I will only work with people who have worked with phpfox projects in past and have experience customising it ...if you have done different cms etc etc ,please don't bother to post a bid .....( because i don't want either of us to waste either of our's time ..likewise if you have developers who don't work on timeline, then don't give me bids ...because you should realise that time is the most precious asset and quality if compromised , i will not pay )
Most of my payments will be milestone based only but if you see my credit history , i pay 100 % much before completion if i am happy with the results
If you are serious , then lets begin chatting and let me see if i can work with a few of you on the same project in small small teams !

P.s - Foreign bidders please don't bid since i am looking for local bidder with whom i can easily discuss on skype and phone
