Hello Pete, The first thing I would want to check is whether a PHP function called sqlsrv_connect is available on your server. That allows PHP to easily run queries on an azure DB. I'd be happy to send you a quick PHP file where you can type in your server info, then upload the file to your server for testing. Aside from that, can you please provide me with a quick overview of the table (type of info, any images involved, approximate number of records you have/expect to handle, and approximate number of fields per record).
