I utilized ffmpeg to split a video into frames. The resulting images are 15 seconds apart but lack the DateTaken EXIF value which I need for my application. I need to loop through the images and write EXIF data to the image. I am struggling to do so.
// fmpeg parameters
$outputPath = $imageDirAbs."Image_%[login to view URL]";
// Path to video
$video = $videoDirAbs.$videoFile;
// Path to ffmpeg. Must be present in this directory
$ffmpegPath = $rootPath."ffmpeg2019\\bin\\";
$command = $ffmpegPath."ffmpeg -i ".$video." -vf fps=1/$numberofSeconds ".$outputPath." -hide_banner 2>&1";
exec($command, $output, $returncode);
No I want to cycle through each .jpg and update the DateTaken EXIF value to reflect the date and time of the frame.
I have looked at these libraries
