hi,

i a CMS platform that have the following things:

*Multilanguage support (admin and user mode with different files, with the different languages). we traduce from the english to the portuguese and spanish

*Templating with smarty

*Module integration (easy code to the modules)

*main modules are login, news and portfolio

*all the design will be made by us, but you need to create a platform that can be easily adaptable to the templates.

*admin area with possibility to manage all the contents

*any other module as example for the coder.

Next to that, we will have more works like that if we are satisfied with the provider.
