PHP Access - Mysql Syncronisation (Logic Only)

We are in urgent need of a PHP developer who can successfully create a synchronisation module between MS Access (Mdb) and MySQL. The MDB file represents our master accounting database transfer to a MySQL database. The data will be transfered between two different data structures. Ie. Data Mapping. We aren't interested in going down the road of Hibernate, Cocoon, etc. This must be a PHP module coded purely for data mapping. It is preferred that the successful candidate have skype access.
