Personal area in PHP

We need to make the following changes on an existing personal data area. The software has 6 different sections, each section saves some data on a mysql DB (this part is already developed) and a profile management area. 1) protect all the pages so that only registered/authorized user can have access to the contents 2) add a new page to manage the subscription plans, see the renewal date, change the plan type/duration, cancel the subscription 3) save and edit the personal profile details (name, surname, photo, address, notes) and add a new field where to store the user role (user or admin) 4) in each of the 6 sections add a new field to let the user to upload one or more files linked to the added/edited field 5) on each section we will need to add 2 buttons (a nice checkbox) to select if the section will be showed on profile1 or profile2. Also let the admin to add more profiles on a specific user 6) create a summary page that shows all the data saved in the 6 sections and the personal user profile, based on the profile type (1, 2 or additional profiles created for the specific user). The summary page will be opened by a URL [login to view URL] where xxxxxxxxxx is a specific key associated to the specific user (profile key) The code is written in core PHP.
