All Add-ons should be installed, configured, tested and verified to be working correctly with current install for the project to be considered closed. If you have any questions, please ask. 1. allow import of jobs from excel spreadsheet
2. Age of Tickets (Minutes, Hours, or Days) & Assigned to in the dashboard columns:

>> I agree with what this thread is referencing about removing the date column - for space sake, I do not think we need the date column either if we have the 'Age of Tickets' column, so you can take out the date - the date will also be inside in the ticket it's self. So the date column should become the /age of ticket/ MOD and then add the assigned to column as the example shows in thread.
3. also need to have system when a tech completes a workorder have it go to a tech named Ready To Invoice so that billing department knows to create invoice
4. Also need system to update and send all pics and attachments as well as a pdf with all info to customers email upon completion of ticket.
5: also need system to give option both via import spreadsheet and single ticket to Alert tech by SMS email or Both
