Overall Description
OsCommerce site with special functionality aimed at:
- personalized pdf delivery over the internet (using pdflib personalization server and osCommerce)
- easy administration for vendor of pdf’s of options to use in personalization (page where pdf to be sold can be uploaded, and where all possible pdflib options for personalization and security can be set, also number of downloads can be set for each pdf)
- spam warning for buyers on landing page after payment ok, with login details and check of receipt of confirmation email to be handled)
- Login page to get to documents bought, with possibility to check for lost password, also mention spam possibility, with whitelist advise.
- After Login of customer: easy buyer download page with two steps, step one is the entry page after login, showing the publications the customer has bought and the times of download per publication, once customer gets here. Customer can from here go to the pdf that he/she has ordered, IP adres, time stamp etc are saved in database before customer gets to his or her personalized pdf.
- easy RFI – chargeback defense administration
o administration pages for the different payment gateways (worldpay and paypal to start) where email address for reaction on RFI or Chargeback will be sent
o RFI – Chargeback defense email pages that only need the transaction number for which the RFI is needed, which then checks time of delivery for this particular pdf delivery, and sends email to Payment provider and customer to ask for clarification, with question to sign attached document to be returned by fax. (concept behind this still needs more work)
