osCommerce tweaking

I would like to see the following issues resolved on an existing osCommerce installation:

1. Some images, although loaded into the catalog, are not displaying as thumbnails.

2. I would like to re-install an affiliates mod that didn't carry over from a previous install

3. There is an error message on the initial store configuration page (it could be related to the missing affiliate module?) that I would like fixed.
