Open Cart 3.0.3.8 Checkout Fix

I'm experiencing functional errors with my Open Cart Version 3.0.3.8, specifically with the checkout process and the contact form. The payment gateway is not working, and this issue is hindering my sales. Also my Contact form quit functioning. Both happened same time frame within the past few days. Email is active and has no problems. Ideal freelancer should have: - Knowledge and experience working with Open Cart - Proven track record of troubleshooting and fixing checkout process issues - Ability to resolve payment gateway problems efficiently - Excellent communication skills to keep me updated on progress I need this issue resolved as soon as possible. The issue is specifically with the PayPal payment gateway and Contact Form.
