Subscriber - read-only access to atricles and download
Public - only access to public articles and downloads
Articles & Download need to have 2 levels PUBLIC and SUBSCRIBED
the subscribed articles and download only available to subscribers
The whole site is to be maintained by backend system
Must allow for Font Size, Colours, Links and adding simple grahics from existing graphics files.
Blogs can be added by contributors is the contributor is authorised by Article Admin.
Store - only Paypal
Search - need to be able search entire site. Full results only viewable depending on level.
Update email - when new items are added an email is sent to all those who ask to be updated. To be done by local script or deamon.
