One dropdown need to add in form

hello all [login to view URL] You see the form on the website. I need to add another dropdown option between where user can choose the date of delivery. The form should only list the next 7 days only in the following format: 2020.03.29. The current date should be listed to. When you have the code the new functionality in the form needs to be added in where the red line is here: [login to view URL] The form is using a mailer script so the date that the user selected should be sent with the email too. its quick job . so only serious bidder who looking for best review and small amount too . budget is 500 INR Max . if it dosent suits you dont bid , in your proposal write " i will do it in 500 and one hour " thanks
