4. Seller Dashboard:
Announcements, Sales summary last 30 days, Order Summary, payments summary, Return and Cancell Summary, Ad Summary and others
5. Catalog tab:-
Draft Products – Add single : on submit system auto varify the words from database and sort and mark words to be excluded from drafts or allow to save only. Add bulk by download excel format and upload

8. Service Charges- Inward Supply
Commission:- Charged For all Delivered Goods
Collection Fee-Charged For all online payment orders And Charged For all Delivered Parcells for COD
Logistics out_Charged For All Hand over parcells to courier
Logistics In-For all Returns & Cancell up to delivery
Stock out Charges-For Auto cancellation due to non handover within date
Penalty/Others:- For Returns by buyer due to default of seller (after investigation)
Ad Charges- For Special request from seller and spend till this cycle.
Service Charges-invoice Wise. Invoice generated every payment cycle, 4 times in a month

9. Net Settlement

In Payment cycle-All invoice listed here which completed 7 days without any return instruction (from delivered lockin tab) (if the payment date is 15th then all invoices finished lock period up to 14th 12 o clock listed here

Approved on Payment cycle- List all invoices completed payment cycle . If payment date is 15th all invoices under in payment cycle up to 14th midnight listed here and totalled.

Settled Payments:
Currect Cycle:-
Add List total of all Approved payment cycle
Add List Cancelled / Return total of Payment Cycle
Less Total of Service Charges of That payment cycle

10. Account Statement

a) Date: Transaction date
b) Particulars. Sales /Advance for Ad/return/Service charge invoice
c) Ref : invoive number, credit note number, service charge invoice number, Payment voucher number , receipt voucher number etc
d) Debit Amount. Sales/Advance for Advertisement
e) Credit Amount: Sales return/ Service charge invoice/Ad Spend
f) Ledger Balance: Debit less credit

11. GST Reports- Generate Monthly Sales, Monthly Returns, monthly Service charges with GST in columnar form, And reports contain details of within the state sales and state to each state details

12. TDS Reports : (Asper income tax If the Service charge paid by the seller to us exceed 30000, the seller need to deduct 10 % of service charges. Due to the complexicity of online trading, we reimburse the TDS deposited on behalf of us to seller.)
