Need a very large WordPress website redeveloped to simple PHP framework

I have a very large WordPress website with over 75,000 posts. The website is too large and needs to be redone as a simple PHP website.

The most important aspect of this website should be handling large amounts of data without burdening the server. With WordPress, some of the SQL tables have tens of millions of rows - making loading times way too high and causing time out issues.
This website should be fully responsive, and fully SEO optimized. Should also integrate flawlessly with StackPath CDN.
Also, users should be able to search the website quickly and easily. They can search the entire site, or just specific categories.
