I need a two hour long consultation with a programmer who is familiar with cryptocurrency development

I want to take an already existing open source cryptocurrency, and replicate it. This is relatively easy, however, for although I will be hiring someone to do this for me I will absolutely need to be educated myself so I understand what information needs to be only handled by me, how to maintain and run the nodes, how to distribute, etc. So the consultation will be me explaining what I am going to get developed, and asking questions about what programming languages etc I would need to learn, what else I would need to look into, the fastest path to becoming moderately proficient so I can manage the work that will be done by the developer who replicated the open source cryptocurrency for me, and also best practices for code reviews, etc You MUST BE VERY FAMILIAR WITH CRYPTOCURRENCY TECHNOLOGY as well as be a competent programmer. This listing is for two hours of advice, it's a daunting project (the management of the system, not the initial replication) and I am willing to learn anything I need to, but before I can do that I need to understand what I need to do and ask for in the first place.
