Need a tracking shipment page

Budget ₹600-1500 INR

I need some changes to an existing website. I need you to design and build it.

I already have a php server on GoDaddy.

i want to create a tracking page for my orders whose status would be manually updated from the admin panel.

I currently use a api for of some of my shipments. The functionality what i want is, when a customer enters the tracking code

1) First check the code against the api if we are able to get the tracking ID.

2) If response is not received from the api then check in the manually updated DB to check the status
