Hi I need an experienced programmer who can build me a web app for recording screen along with Audio and then let it play on the web, take notes in the video and then let it download.

The simple workflow to be: Create Two types of User login/registration system with email verification: 1. Client 2. Web Tester.. Client login will have username, email, password. And then client will have the option in his dashboard to Add his domain, description of website and requirements in question format with option to provide answers in radio, drop down, multiple choice and text box along with condition logic. Tester login will have the username, email, password and inside their dashboard will have country, languages, age group, education level, marital status, employment status and earning range. Now only Testers will have access to this screen recording software, client domain, description, requirements and they can record screen video and submit. Once submitted, it can be accessed, play and download by Client who created the job and Site Admin.

It would be nice to create Clients can browse and invite testers from their dashboard based on country, language, age, education, earning range and Testers can browse clients from their dashboard using country and language.

I can provide you Laravel/PHP Login registration code.

Very easy job as screen recording library is already there in GitHub and I can give you Login/registration script. You just need to customize everything. PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHMENT
