I need some fix in caluclation in my custom coded website ( limited budget only 30$ )

This is my first project here on Freelancer, on my custom coded website, I have some calculation problems, my website is not calculating correctly and I need a fix :
For the first scenario, I placed the order for 6 cases (buy 5 get 1 free), the screen showed the correct discount amount, but when I added to cart it reverted back to full amount of $618.00 without discount.
For the second, I placed the order for 18 case. The screen still showed $515.00 (which is for 6 cases with discount). Then I clicked add to cart, and the amount showed $1,751.00. The correct amount should have been $1,545.00 (buy 15 get 3 free).
