How can I do so that browsers do not block the pop-up window and allow the user to register in the application. I have a web application that when the user presses enter the application opens a window, but browsers block it.

Hi, it's up to the browser to decide if it wants to open the pop-up, but there are alternatives to pop-up's which work better.

Hi, I would suggest that is not implemented as a "pop-up" windows, but instead a Modal window. This means you do not need to work around pop-up blockers as the modal is pure JavaScript/CSS. May I ask, is it purely for a registration system? I have stated 10 hours in my bid but I would be happy to negotiate.
