Need Programming Expert To Create Scraping And Categorizing Script for YouTube

Greetings,
We're looking for a developer to create a scraping tool for YouTube.
1) We need to be able to search YouTube for select keywords and detecting whether or not the videos in search results have ads turned on.
We need to be able to find out what videos on YouTube have monetization on and which dont, and be able to create a list of URLS of videos that have ads turned on for monetization.
2) We need to be able to crawl YouTube and categorize all urls that have monetization on and append them to the category and be able to export the list of urls produced via search.
3) Be able to save this information to a database for future reference and automatically update an internal db when future searches are done.
This is an open project.
Anyone who can create this script for us will win the award.
