Need a new feature and a bug fix for a PHP script

1: We have a problem with a PHP script. When we receive an payment through PayPal and the PayPal server contacts our server our script is supposed to add the payment info like name, amount etc to our members database. Most of the time it works but about 20% of the time the customers account is NOT created and the customer receive an email that is missing the username and password. We need someone to fix this. Should be VERY easy for someone that knows how PHP and MYSQL works. 2: We want all customers emails to automatically be removed from our newsletter database after they have made a purchase. This is to avoid angry emails from customers that could receive an promotional email with discounted price. This could be an simple script that is called on our "Thank you for your purchase" page. We consider this a very small project and if we are fully satisfied there will be more work in the near future. Rules: No prepayments. GAF escrow is ok! We need the work done asap.
