The problem we encounter is that the payment now only appears as on hold or pending, and a number of clients have to do the ordering process several times before they get confirmation.
My client updated some plugins but not installed anything new. She has bought a new Atos sips payment and entered the new key but that didn’t fix anything it seems.
To complete this task I can provide the WordPress login and you can work thru me to contact the client - this is a subcontract job.
