Need custom Question-Answering system within Wordpress

Hi,

I need custom Question-Answering system within Wordpress.. It should look professional, support rich text editing (including latex, eg. CKEditor), file uploads (at-least image). Most of the wordpress plugins I came across fall short in one aspect or another.

Currently, I have a Wordpress installation, and I have setup Question2Answer to run inside it. This is an alternate solution which can be pursued if customising existing plugins is more time consuming. However, due to style differences, for proper integration, I need someone to create a custom Question2Answer theme that goes well with my existing site and so that future changes are easy as well.

There are more Wordpress site customisations I need, however this will be the starting point.

Preferred candidate should have expertise in PHP/CSS/HTML + Wordpress theme/plugin development. Familiarity with Question2Answer will be also good.
