I need changes to my website - 3 added features

I have a dating/social website and need somethings adding. Firstly I need the rating system upgrading I would like the photo rating system like [login to view URL] with 4 voting buttons instead of the two I currently have. I would like it to notify people (when they are members) when people vote for them saying OK or Hot. 1. No way 2. No 3. OK 4. Hot Then I need adding a sign up part where everyone that signs up is on a voting trial for 24hrs. like [login to view URL] ...This will be for every new person that signs up. When the person has set-up their profile and said whether they are gay or straight then they be taken to the Shugsy Trial page where they'll see the picture they signed up with. I would like the site to auto send an email for the 24hr Shugsy Trial also. The trial page will have a metre or bar or something to show how people are voting. The aim is for the members to choose who can join the site or not. This will also stop lots of fake and dodgy accounts. When members login each day they will be made to vote on new members before they can view their profile or messages. They have to vote on 10 random people each time they login. The n after 24hrs if the new member has more positive votes than negative then they are in as a member, if not they will be deleted automatically.
